Department: Finance
Collectors are responsible for contacting consumers by telephone in order to collect past due medical and non-medical balances.
Full time hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Friday, one late night per week and one Saturday per month is required.
Part time hours: 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Saturday
A benefits package is available for full time employees. Employees become eligible for benefits after 90 days of full time employment with the Company.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related role is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, using proper grammar and telephone etiquette
- Prior PC and keyboarding knowledge is preferred
- Ability to compute basic math calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
- Good grammar and spelling are essential
- Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
Education Requirements: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and two to six months relevant experience is preferred.
