Q: Do you handle second placement accounts?

A: Yes. Just let us know that the accounts are second placements when you list the accounts with us.

Q: Does an account come off the patient’s credit once it has been paid?

A: Typically, accounts are not removed from the credit file once they have been reported, even if they are paid out. We do, however, update any changes to the account to the credit bureaus monthly. When an account has been paid, it will show up as paid on the patient’s credit file. These accounts stay on the credit file for a minimum of seven years.

Q: What hours is your call center open?

A: Our call center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
